CRMV_SVY_DET_SRC - Define Determination for Surveys in Service Confirmation

You can use this activity to define the rules according to which surveys should be found for your service confirmations. You can define the survey and the time period in which it should be proposed for a particular transaction type and item category. To further refine the determination, you can also define another step with additional determination criteria and group them together.

You have defined one or more surveys.

The standard delivery contains the survey SERVICE_STANDARD as an example.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter an ID and description for the determination.
3. Choose a transaction type and item category.
4. Enter a validity period for your determination.
5. Then choose a survey for which the determination should apply.
6. Define by setting the indicators Mandatory and Active whether the survey has to be filled and whether the determination rule should be active.
7. Save your entries.

You have defined the following determinations:

Determination:ABC
Valid From: 01 January 2017
Valid To:30 June 20017
Transaction Type:
Questionnaire:SERVICE_QUESTIONNAIRE_1
Active: X

and

Determination:DEF
Valid From:01 January 2017
Valid To:30 June 2017
Transaction Type:SRVC
Questionnaire: SERVICE_QUESTIONNAIRE_2
Active: X

The system now finds the questionnaire SERVICE_QUESTIONNAIRE_1 for all service processes regardless of their transaction type. SERVICE_QUESTIONNAIRE_2 is also proposed for service processes with transaction type SRVC alongside questionnaire SERVICE_QUESTIONNAIRE_1.
