CRMV_SVY_DET_SRV - Define Determination for Surveys in Service Transaction

You can use this activity to define the rules for determining surveys for your service processes. You can determine which survey is proposed by the system for a particular period of time and a particular transaction type and item category. To refine determination, you can also define additional determination criteria and group these together in a criteria set.

You have defined one or more questionnaires.

The standard configuration delivered contains the survey SERVICE_STANDARD as an example.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter an ID and a description for the determination rule.
3. Choose a transaction type and an item category.
4. Enter a validity period for the determination rule.
5. Choose the survey for which the determination rule is valid.
6. Use the flags Mandatory and Active to determine whether the survey must be filled out and whether the determination rule should be active.
7. Save your entries.

You have defined the following determination rules:

Determination Rule:ABC

Valid From: 01 January 2017

Valid To:30 June 2017

Transaction Type:

Questionnaire:SERVICE_QUESTIONNAIRE_1

Active: X

and

Determination Rule:DEF

Valid From:01 January 2017

Valid To:30 June 2017

Transaction Type:SRVO

Questionnaire: SERVICE_QUESTIONNAIRE_2

Active: X

The system will determine the questionnaire SERVICE_QUESTIONNAIRE_1 for all service processes, independent of transaction type. For service processes with transaction type SRVO, the questionnaire SERVICE_QUESTIONNAIRE_2 is proposed in addition to SERVICE_QUESTIONNAIRE_1.
