CRMV_SYN_CHN_FIN - Synchronize Leasing Change Processes in Combined Contracts

In this IMG activity, you define how Leasing change processes are executed in combined scenarios for linked financing and UBB service contract items.

You have created the Leasing and UBB change processes.

Enter the corresponding UBB change process for each Leasing change process, along with the synchronization type of the assignment.

If an assignment has synchronization type Synchronization Optional, enter another UBB change process if necessary. The system will execute this second process when you suppress synchronous execution of the first assigned UBB change process.

If no corresponding UBB change process exists, leave the corresponding field blank and choose synchronization type Not possible in combination financing/service.

Synchronous Leasing change process

When you execute the synchronous Leasing change process Change of location, the system always executes the identically-named UBB change process synchronously.

Optional synchronous Leasing change process

Leasing change process Early buyout is assigned to UBB change process Contract termination. As a result, when you do not suppress the synchronous execution of UBB change process Contract termination, the system terminates the UBB service contract. If you wish the UBB service contract to continue, suppress the Contract termination change process. In this case, the system executes the optional UBB change process Copy. This process copies the UBB service contract data unchanged, enabling you to continue the contract.

Independent Leasing change process

The Leasing change process Restructuring only involves the Leasing component of the combined scenario. The system adopts the UBB service contract component unchanged.

Invalid Leasing chagne process in combined scenarios

The leasing change process Internal split -Remaining item quantity is not possible in combined scenarios. The UBB service contract component updates quantity 1, which avoids the necessity for split processes.
