CRMV_TOOL_CO - Determine Cost Center and Activity Type for Tool

You use this IMG activity to create the prerequisites for the system to be able to determine and allocate the costs for tool items of CRM service orders and CRM service confirmations per hour. To do this, specify, for a combination of plant, grouping key, and material, the respective cost centers and activity types to be used during transfer of service product confirmation items from the CRM system to the R/3 system.

To modify this assignment, use the BAdI: Determine Tool Costs and Account Assignment.

You have created tools and cost centers.
