In this Customizing activity you define the query that will be used to retrieve key figures from SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence (SAP NetWeaver BI).

After selecting the query in this Customizing activity, you map it to selected fields in the Customizing activity Mapping BI Key Figures to List Fields. This makes the key figures visible in the advanced search results list for mass approval, and in the editable list.

Note: Non-aggregated key figures from the planning layout cannot be displayed in SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) using the query approach (for example, in mass approval and on the Trade Promotion Editable Listpage). This type of key figure cannot be used in SAP NetWeaver BI reporting for meaningful results.

You have created the required query in SAP NetWeaver BI.

Select a data target and a query ID.
