In this activity, you can create estimation procedures for estimating usage if no readings are available for a settlement period. These procedures are filter values of the Business Add-In Define Estimation Procedures.

Once you have defined estimation procedures, you determine in the following activity (Define Estimation Sequence) the sequence in which these are processed by the system.
