In this IMG activity, you define the output determination procedures used to send reading reminders. You use the sequence to define when and how reading reminders will be sent.

1. To create an output sequence, enter a code up to four characters long and enter a description for the output determination procedure
2. Create a sequence for the output determination sequence. To do so, enter the following information for each reading reminder: an item number, the messaging channel, the number of days prior to the end date of the prebilling period for sending the reading reminder, and the date type.
