CRMV_WEC_RPROF - Define Review Profiles

In this Customizing activity, you define review profiles. For each review profile, you specify the workflow IDs to be used for the following activities:

• Moderating new reviews posted by Web shop customers

• Checking reviews reported by other Web shop customers for inappropriate content

These workflow activities are performed by the back-end user in Business Workplace (transaction SBWP).

You have defined the workflows to be used in Workflow Builder (transaction SWDD).

A default review profile (DFLT_PROF) is delivered with the system. It is recommended that if you require something different, you create a new review profile instead of modifying the default. When you have finished creating your review profiles, you specify the one to be used in the Web shop in the Customer Interaction module of Web Channel Builder.
