Use

External interface CRMXIF_INV_CANC_SAVE - Send invoice cancellation to a purchasing system (SAP SRM).

This Business Add-In (BAdI) gives you an opportunity to modify the message before it is sent.

You can use your own implementation of interface method CHANGE_MAPPED_DATA_OUT to influence the data mapping from the BDoc structure (source document) to the target document (proxy structure) before sending. Import parameter IS_MESSAGE_EXT provides the data from the source document. Changing parameter CS_DATA_MAPPED (proxy structure) contains the message data that is already filled by SAP.
You can define your own rules to change the fields of the proxy structure. Please note, however, that this can cause errors upon receipt of the document in the receiver system - for example, because required-entry fields were deleted or field contents have been changed and can no longer be processed in the receiver system.

Requirements

To send an invoice cancellation, an invoice information must be received beforehand. To do so, you have activated external interface CRMXIF_INV_INFO_SAVE to receive this message via the exchange server (XI).

External interface CRMXIF_INV_CANC_SAVE must be active in order to send the invoice cancellation.

Default Settings

The BAdI is not active in the standard system.
