You can use the methods in this Business Add-In to refer to other objects from CRM business transactions. For example, you can refer to objects classed as CRM business transactions, or objects not classed as CRM business transactions, such as individual objects, business agreements and consulting projects (cProjects).

The following methods need to be implemented:

F4_HELP

This method launches the appropriate F4 help for the object to be linked. The method returns the object ID for the entry selected in the F4 help result list.

GET_BUSINESS_OBJECT_TYPE

This method returns the corresponding business object type for a given GUID.,,

GET_DESCRIPTION

This method returns the corresponding description for a given GUID.,,

OBJECT_DISPLAY

This method is used for navigation. It should be implemented in order that the corresponding application displays the linked object for a selected GUID.,,

CONVERT_GUID_TO_OBJECT_ID

This method returns the corresponding object ID for a given GUID.,,

CONVERT_OBJECT_ID_TO_GUID

This method returns the corresponding GUID for a given object ID.
