CRM_ACT_JRNL_MERGE - Display All Product Proposals in Activity Journal

In this Customizing activity, you specify whether you want all product proposals to be displayed in the activity journal. You specify this for your entire company. This means that all your sales representatives will see all product proposals during activity journal execution if you set the flag in this activity.

For example, you may have 20 product proposals assigned to one activity journal, but you only want to maintain 5 of these products during activity processing. Therefore, you do not set this flag because you do not wish to display all proposed products in the activity journal at one time. However, if your requirements for your company change at a later date, you can set or de-set this flag at any time.

Note that your sales representatives also have the option of displaying all product proposals in activity journals during activity processing directly, by choosing the Load Data button. This button is activated during activity processing if you have notselected the flag in this Customizing activity. If you have selected the flag in Customizing, however, the Load Data button is not active for the activity journal during activity processing.
