CRM_ACT_MOB_SMTPHONE - BAdI: Activity Management

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the CRM-MSP component.
You can use this BAdI to enhance the standard functions that are available in CRM Activity Management as part of the sales functionality for Gateway to SAP NetWeaver Mobile. You can add new fields (custom fields) through the customer enhancement structures that are provided as part of interface method parameters.
This BAdI contains the interface IF_EX_CRM_ACT_MOB_SMARTPHONE, which has the following methods corresponding to each BAPI wrapper:
- CRM_BADI_ACT_MOBILE_GETLIST
This method will return additional Activity Management GUIDS in addition to the standard Activity Management GUIDS that are returned as part of the Get List functionality, or it will filter out Activity Management GUIDS from the standardly-returned GUIDS.
For example, in the standard scenario, the Get List functionality will return a list of Activity Management GUIDS based on the Customizing activity Define Upload and Download Parameters for Transactional Data, whereas you can use this method to filter out the list of GUIDS.
- CRM_BADI_ACT_MOBILE_GETDETAIL
This method will add custom fields through the customer enhancement structures in addition to the standard fields that are populated as part of the Get Detail functionality.
For example, the fields PROCESS_TYPE and DESCRIPTION are standard fields that are already present in the structure. This method will add custom fields in the Activity header section like Activity Completion (ZACT_COMPLETION).
- CRM_BADI_ACT_MOBILE_CREATE
This method will create, as part of the standard Create functionality, an activity with additional data using custom fields.
For example, with this method, an Activity can be created with additional Activity attributes in the Activity header section like Activity Partner Address Number (ZACT_ADRNR).
- CRM_BADI_ACT_MOBILE_CHANGE
This method, as part of the Change functionality, will update custom fields .
For example, with this method, custom field in the Activity header section like Activity Address Time Zone (ZACT_TIME_ZONE) can be updated.
