CRM_ACT_TRANSFRPARAM - Define Transfer Parameters for Material Movement

Using Sample Management, you have the option to carry out goods movement for the specified sample in the connected R/3 System. In this activity, you specify the movement type and special stock that are required in an external system depending on transaction types and item categories, in order to carry out goods movement.

1. The movement types and special stocks that you specify have to be available in the external system.
2. The field sales representative has to be maintained as a customer. The assignment of customer and employee takes place in the R/3 System using the personnel number in the company code data of the customer master.

You can make settings that control the transfer of goods so that a material withdrawal or return to the employee's consigment store is entered in the SAP R/3 System.

For this example, you need to enter the following values:

1. BAdI implementation CRM_GOODS_MOVE_R3A for the goods movement transfer flow
2. Transaction type: Activity with products (0020)
3. Item category: ACT for withdrawals, ACT0 for returns
4. Parameter for movement type: 291 for movement type withdrawal in the SAP R/3 System, 292 for returns
5. Parameter for special stock: W for customer consignment

Note

You can adapt the material item for goods movement posting in the SAP R/3 System by implementing the CRM_CONS_UPDATE Business Add-In.
