In this activity, you can define questionnaires that you wish to use with your business activities.

Examples of when you can use the questionnaire are:

• A script during a telephone call to guide your employees during their conversations with customers

• A customer feedback form to find out whether they were satisfied with your level of service or with a particular product.

The standard SAP system contains an example questionnaire for customer feedback after a trade fair called Customer Feedback for Trade Fair (technical name MESSE_002).

Use this activity to create or edit your questionnaires. For detailed information about how to do this, see the documentation for the Survey Suite under Cross Application Components → Survey Suite.
