CRM_AKT_GRUND_002 - Define Code Groups and Codes for Catalogs

In this activity, you define code groups and codes for your catalogs.

The code groups and codes enable you to represent different levels of detail in the reasons for the activity.

If you only need one group of reasons for the activity, you can represent them in the system as follows:

• Catalog: A3 Subscription to newsletter

• Code group: A000003

• Codes

• A001 - awaken interest

• A002 - extend subscription

• A003 - upgrade subscription

• A004 - cancel subscription

1. Enter the catalog name and a code group key.
2. Enter a code group key with a short description and choose the appropriate status.
3. If you wish to enter codes, select the relevant code group and choose Codes.
