CRM_AKT_MAP_FIELDS - Map Activity Text Types and Business Partners to Groupware
BAL_S_LOG - Application Log: Log header data CPI1466 during BackupThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
This activity enables you to map CRM business activity text types, business partners and category to groupware text types, business partners and categories. This mapping is necessary if you wish to integrate CRM Activity Management with groupware systems, in this case, Microsoft Exchange Server 2002 (Outlook) and Lotus Domino (Lotus notes), Release 5.0.3+. Groupware integration with CRM Activity Management allows you to synchronize your business activities in both systems, meaning you can call up business activities, which you have maintained in the CRM system, in your own management office system, without having to refer back to the CRM system.
Before you can use groupware integration for Activity Management, you need to subscribe to groupware synchronization, amongst other activities. These activities are available under Customizing for CRM → CRM Middleware and Related Products → Internal Sync Point and Groupware Integration .To create a groupware site for the groupware adapter, choose Communication Setup → Create Sites and Subscriptions under the above path.
All business partners from the CRM system need to have been downloaded into groupware systems, for example, in a public folder such as a groupware address book. Note that relationships and structures cannot be reflected in groupware products.
The standard configuration contains mapping for the following CRM transaction types:
0000 Business activity
0001 Sales call
0002 Incoming phone call
0003 Outgoing phone call
0004 Incoming e-Mail
0005 Outgoing e-Mail
0020 Business Activity with Products
1001 Meeting
1003 Task
The following CRM and groupware text types and business partners are mapped in the standard configuration for transaction types 0000 to 0005, 0020 and 1001:
