Normally, if you make any changes in a sales transaction item, only those changes that affect ATP requirements are transferred to SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (SAP APO).

With this Business Add-In (BAdI) you can transfer also those changes that do not affect ATP requirements .This may be necessary for certain changes, because they could, for example, influence prioritization of sales transaction items during a backorder processing run in SAP APO. For example, you may want to transfer changes in certain shipping data because they affect scheduling in SAP APO.

This BAdI is used in the callback function module LCRM_APO_UPDATEU20, which is registered for certain important segments. You can register further events/segments, if necessary.

To make sure that performance is not affected adversely, ensure that you enter only those changes that are necessary.
