CRM_ARM_CODES - Download of Codes, Values, and Settings from SAP ERP to SAP CRM

This document describes the technical details of the download of codes, values, and settings from SAP ERP to SAP CRM.

The standard system contains the following customizing adapter objects, in transactionSet Up Customizing Objects Exchange:

• CRM_ARM_CODES - Complaint ARM Codes Parent

• CRM_ARM_CODES1 - Complaint ARM Codes Syst.Table

• CRM_ARM_CODES2 - Complaint ARM Codes Cust.Table

Schedule all objects simultaneously, to download the following codes, values, and settings from SAP ERP to SAP CRM:

• Reason code

• Follow-up activity code

• Next follow-up activity code

• Inspection code

• Customer inspection code

• Refund code

• Default values for return request item

• Default settings for refund code

Note: The text length of the code descriptions is 60 characters in SAP ERP, and 40 characters in SAP CRM. This means that descriptions with more than 40 characters are truncated in SAP CRM.

Download the codes, values, and settings using transaction Start Initial Load. Use the Load ObjectsCRM_ARM_CODES, CRM_ARM_CODES1 and CRM_ARM_CODES2 for this. If codes, values, and settings in SAP ERP change, use the initial load again.
