CRM_ASGN_MOB_SMRTPH - BAdI: Service Assignment

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the CRM-MSP component.

You can use this BAdI to enhance the standard functions that are available for CRM Service Assignment as part of the service functionality for Gateway to SAP NetWeaver Mobile.

This BAdI contains the interface IF_EX_CRM_ASGN_MOB_SMARTPHONE, which has the following methods:

• CRM_BADI_ASGN_MOB_GETLIST

With this method, you can return additional Service Assignment globally unique identifiers (GUIDS) in addition to the standard Service Assignment GUIDS that are returned as part of the Get List functionality, or you can filter out Service Assignment GUIDS from the standardly-returned ones.

For example, in a standard scenario, the Get List functionality will return a set of Service Assignment GUIDS based on the Date Filter and Exclusion Status criteria that are maintained in the Customizing activity Define Upload and Download Parameters for Transactional Data. Running this method will add more Service Assignment GUIDS or filter out GUIDS based on, for example, the Time Zone customization criteria which you, the customer, will maintain in your own customization screens.

• CRM_BADI_ASGN_MOB_GETDETAIL

This method will fill additional custom fields through the customer enhancement structures, which is in addition to the standard fields that are populated as part of the Get Detail functionality.

For example, the fields PROCESS_TYPE and DESCRIPTION are standard fields already present in the structure. This method will fill in additional Service Assignment attributes like Time Zone (ZTIME_ZONE).

• CRM_BADI_ASGN_MOB_CHANGE

This method, as part of the Change functionality, will change additional data through customer enhancement structures.

For example, you can change additional Service Assignment attributes, like Time Zone (ZTIME_ZONE).
