CRM_ATP_EXTERN_BADI - BAdI: Set Up Online Availability Check

With this Business Add-In (BAdI) you can use an external (non-SAP) ATP system to carry out an online availability check or obtain availability information in a sales transaction or process backorders. The following conditions apply:

• Availability Check
  When the system carries out availability check, the quantities are reserved for the sales transaction.

• Availability Information
  When the system obtains availability information, the quantities are not reserved for the sales transaction. Instead, the results are displayed temporarily as confirmations that exist only during the Logical Unit of Work (LUW).

• Backorder Processing
  The external system creates asynchronous confirmations and transfers them to CRM Online.
