CRM_BADI_INTERACT_OB - BAdI: Customer-Specific Data for Interaction Objects

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Marketing Prospect (CRM-MKT-MP) component. You can use this BAdI to handle interaction objects in marketing.

• You can determine the respective campaigns for interaction objects.

• You can create scores for interaction objects or overrule and change existing scores that are based on the Customizing setting under Define Score for Interaction Objects.

Methods

The method GET_CAMPAIGN_FOR_IO is used to determine the campaign for interaction objects that are created by marketing activities, such as link tracking.

The method GET_SCORE_VALUE_FOR_IO is used to define scores for interaction objects that are created by marketing activities. This method is called after the method GET_CAMPAIGN_FOR_IO that can be used to define scores according to the campaign (for example those found using the method GET_CAMPAIGN_FOR_IO).

The method GET_SCORE_VALUE_FOR_IO_HV_CAMP is used to define scores for interaction objects that are created by a high-volume campaign execution.
Note, that this kind of score creation triggers mass data processing that may affect your system performance.

The BAdI is not active in the standard system.

The sample implementation CL_CRM_MKT_IO_BADI_EXAMPLE demonstrates how you can determine the campaign of an interaction object.
