CRM_BF_DYNAMIC_ATTR - Maintain Attribute Contexts for Mail Forms

In this Customizing activity, you define attribute contexts that allow you to add attributes and structures in mail forms, and to restrict the selection of fields to make the mail forms easier to read.

In mail forms, business users can select the attribute contexts that you define here.

• SAP delivers attribute context ERMS. You can use this to, for example, generate automatic replies to inquiries. This attribute context contains attributes that are frequently used in mail forms.

• For use in service contract management, SAP delivers attribute context SRV_CONT_QUOT_NOTIFY. You can use this in a process to renew expiring contracts.
