CRM_BF_PRINT_PROF - Maintain Print Profile

In this activity you create a print profile for the mass printing of letters in the context of a mailing campaign. You need to make these settings if you are planning a mailing campaign. These parameters include information such as the name of the printer and the spool parameters.

When entering information for a campaign element in the Marketing Planner (under the tabstrip Channels), you then enter this ID in the field Print parameter ID.

1. Choose New entries
2. Enter a print profile ID and a description
3. Enter an output device
4. Enter additional data like number of copies, and spool control data, as required.
5. Save your data.
