This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the SAP CRM - Billingcomponent. It is part of enhancement spot BEA_GTS_IF.

You can use this BAdI to modify the standard processing of report /1BEA/R_CRMB_BD_INTRASTAT (transaction /BEA/CRMB14), which transfers billing data to SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) for Intrastat declarations. You can modify the following:

  • Filtering of billing data for transfer to SAP GTS
  • Mapping of data structures for billing and Intrastat declarations

The BAdI contains the following methods:

  • FILTER_DATA (executed after filtering of Intrastat-relevant billing documents and before mapping of billing data to Intrastat data structure)
In the standard system, only billing documents relating to goods flow between different EU member states are transferred. The method FILTER_DATA enables you to override the standard filter.
This method is called in the function module /1BEA/CRMB_BD_SLL_O_INTRA_FLT.
  • MAP_DATA (executed after mapping of billing data to Intrastat data structure and before calling the Intrastat API)
Before data transfer to SAP GTS, you can use the method MAP_DATA to extend or reduce the set of data to be transferred.
This method is called in the function module /1BEA/CRMB_BD_SLL_O_INTRA_MAP.

In the standard system, there is no activated BAdI implementation.

The BAdI is designed for multiple uses.
