In this activity, you need to create at least one account determination type for determining revenue accounts. Account determination types are defined as condition types for condition processing.

If you want to determine reconciliation accounts, you need to define at least one separate account determination type for this.

You can determine which account determination type is used during processing in either of the following ways:

• By assigning it to your billing application in the activity Assign Account Determination Types.

• By assigning it to a billing type in the activity Define Billing Types.

Note:The assignment of an account determination type to a billing type has precedence over the assignment to a billing application.
