This BAdI is used in the Billing Plan (CRM-BTX-BF-BPL) component.
When a billing plan is used, the dates of the individual billing periods are calculated based on the billing plan date rules. Based on these calculated dates, billing request lines are synchronized (created or modified) if rules or dates are changed on item level. You can use this BAdI to influence this behavior and fill custom fields using the method BUILD_BILLREQ_I.
Note: No changes are possible for periods that have already been billed.
You are using billing plans and billing request lines. You select billing request lines as a scheduled billing method in item category Customizing (transaction category Sales, field Scheduled Bill.).
