In this activity, you assign a content management folder template to the relevant business partner application.
A content management folder is a directory structure in which the various documents available for a business partner can be stored, and is used when working with attachments.
The relevant applications for assigning folder templates to business partners are as follows:
- BP_HEAD: Accounts
- BP_CONT: Contacts
- BP_EMPL: Employees
You have defined the necessary templates in the Customizing activity Define Templates for Folders.
