CRM_BP_DIALOG_RECHRS - Select Simple Form of Goods Receiving Hours/Visiting Hours

Due to the complexity of the data involved in business hours, they are not included in the data exchange of business partner master data from SAP CRM to SAP ECC. To enable this data exchange to take place, you can restrict these hours to "simple" rules in two particular cases.
In this activity, you specify whether simple rules should be used to define goods receiving hours and visiting hours, instead of the full range of complex rules normally available.
By setting the indicator you restrict the type and number of rules that can be created:
- No more than two weekly rules
- No validity
- No exceptions
- Factory calendar has to be used
The setting for goods receiving hours applies to accounts, and the setting for visiting hours to contacts.
- Make sure during data exchange that the calendars in the external system and CRM system are identical.
- Where data exchange occurs with an ERP system, the goods receiving hoursof the standard unloading
point are used for scheduling in the ERP system. The simple rule is exchanged with the goods receiving hours of the standard unloading point in the customer master.
If a standard unloading point has not been defined in the customer customer master, it is created automatically.
- Goods receiving hours created prior to Release 3.0 cannot be converted automatically into the simple form. They have to be processed manually.
- Using the transaction CRM_AC (mass maintenance for goods receiving hours), you can display all business partners whose goods receiving hours are not available in the simple form. You can modify the relevant rules appropriately, so that they are available in the simple form.
