CRM_BP_HR_BADIALE - Business Add-In: Extend ALE Inbound Processing

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is called during ALE inbound processing for IDocs that have been distributed from an HR system. The methods of this BAdI enable you to save data, for persons, that has been distributed in customer-specific segments, in infotypes of the central person (object type CP). This data can then be stored in an enhancement structure for the business partner, for example (see report RH_ENHANCE_BP_TEMPLATE).

You must implement this BAdI if, for persons (object type P), you want to distribute additional fields to those in the standard system from an HR system to a non-HR system (such as CRM 4.0 and higher).

Note:

For more information about ALE distribution between HR systems and non-HR systems, see SAP Note 550055 (contains general information about ALE distribution between HR systems and non-HR systems) and SAP Note 758426 (contains information about how you can use this BAdI to enhance ALE distribution).

You have used customer-specific segments to distribute data.

This BAdI is not implemented in the standard SAP system. If you do not create an implementation, customer-specific segments are not included in ALE inbound processing.

Implement the interface IF_EX_HRALEX_INBOUND.

You want to save fields in an enhancement structure of the business partner that are not part of ALE distribution between HR systems and non-HR systems.
