CRM_BP_HR_INTEG_MIT2 - Compare Data Formats

In this activity, you adjust the following different data formats for business partners in CRM (for Business Address Services (BAS)) and for the HR application components in the ERP system:

• Form of address

• Marital status

Execute this activity only when you have integrated business partners in CRM with HR application components from the ERP system. The master data for your employees is distributed by ALE from the ERP system to CRM.

• In the view Conversion of Address: HR Format - SAP Business Partner, maintain the forms of address from the HR application components. The corresponding values are in the HR application components in the table T522G. Assign each entry the corresponding key from the table TSAD3.

• In the view Conversion of Marital Status: HR - SAP BP, maintain the marital statuses from the HR application components. The corresponding values are in the HR application components in the table T502T. Assign each entry the corresponding key from the table TB027.
