CRM_BP_SEARCH_ACTVCN - Select Statuses That Define a Contact as Inactive

In this Customizing activity, you define which statuses determine that a contact is inactive. A contact is inactive if it has at least one of the statuses for which the Inactive checkbox is selected. If you do not select the checkbox for a status, a contact with the respective status is active.

Business users can search for inactive and active contacts in the WebClient UI.

Note: If you select Inactive for the status Contact Not Allowed, all contacts with the Contact value Disallowed in their master data are found by a search for inactive contacts. Contacts with the Contact value , Allowed, or Check Permission are found by a search for active contacts.

In the standard system, the Inactive checkbox is selected for the statuses Central Block and To Be Archived. This means that contacts with at least one of theses statuses are inactive.
