CRM_BP_TEMPLATETYPES - Define Template Types for Business Partner

In this activity, you create the template types you require. The template type CRM_SALES is delivered in the standard version for CRM. The entry in the Template Category field determines whether this template type is available for selection in business partner maintenance when assigning templates on the Templates tab page. For the template type to be available, the Only Reference Possible option must be selected. To change a setting to Only Reference Possible, any mini-template types assigned must also have this option selected, otherwise the change cannot be made.
