CRM_BUPA_DELETION_BW - Initialize Deleted Business Partners in BI System

This BAdI is used in the External List Management (CRM-MKT-EAL) component.

You can use this BAdI to provide additional DataSources with initial records. This function is required if the acquired external list and the business partners that still have the indicator Rented are deleted in the CRM system by accident. For these business partners, the attributes are then reset to their initial values in the BI system, thus "anonymizing" the business partners.

In the standard coding for the business partner, the following DataSources are provided with initial records:

0BPARTNER_ATTR,,,,Partner: master record

0BPARTNER_TEXT,,,,Partner: texts

0BP_DEF_ADDRESS_ATTR,,Partner: standard address

0BP_ID_ATTR,,,,,,Partner: external ID numbers

0BP_RELATIONS_ATTR,,,,Partner: relationships

0CRM_BPSALESCL_ATTR,,Partner: sales classification

If the customer fills other attributes in External List Management, then additional DataSources can be used for extraction to BI. The missing initial records are then written by this BAdI.

Requirements

If you have loaded the rented addresses into BI, then they can only be anonymized there if there is a delta reset for the key area containing the partner numbers for the rented addresses. If, for example, a partner is created with number 4711, then updating the delta queue only works if 4711 falls in an interval for which delta resetting has been performed.
