CRM_BUSAKT_MAPSTATUS - Map Activity Status to Groupware

In this Customizing activity you determine the correspondence between activity statuses (User Status field) in SAP CRM and in groupware (GW Statusfield). This determines how data is from one application is represented in the other application.

The activity status in groupware is only used internally and is not visible to business users. Since different groupware products use different statuses, the status specified here is later converted to the corresponding groupware status in Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes.

Note:If you make any changes to the settings in this activity, you need to download the Customizing object GWA_STAT_CUST using transaction R3AS.

Before activities are downloaded, all business partners from the SAP CRM system need to have been downloaded to the groupware server, for example, to a public folder such as a groupware address book. Note that relationships and structures cannot be reflected in groupware products.

If you use any other transaction types other than those for which a predefined setting is delivered by SAP, you need to map the CRM statuses to groupware statuses in this activity.
