CRM_CASE_ALTIDCTYPE - Assign Profile for Alternative Product Identification to a Case Type

In this activity you can give users the additional flexibility of being able to use alternative IDs to specify products when they create or process a case. To determine the alternative IDs that are supported, you assign a profile for alternative product IDs to each case type.

You have defined profiles for alternative product IDs in the CRM IMG under Cross-Application Components -> SAP Product -> Alternative Product IDs -> Define Profiles.

In the Public Sector, citizens could be identified by means of their Social Security Number.
