You can use this Implementation Guide (IMG) activity to enhance your case processing profiles according to your requirements.

You can define quick search functions or you can replace the Search Case and Case Results views with views that you have defined.

The quick search function for case searches is delivered only in the test application BSP_IC_CMG_DEMO.

You have created case processing profiles in Customizing for Customer Relationship Managementby choosing Interaction Center WebClient --> Business Transactions --> Case Management --> Define Profiles for Case Processing.

Define Quick Searches

  • Enter a technical name and description for each search.
  • Assign the corresponding search structure.
  • Define which case attributes or fields in your case search should contain which default values.
  • Group the quick searches into profiles.
  • Assign the profiles for quick searches to the corresponding case processing profiles.

Exchange Views

  • Search Case View
Enter the technical name of your Business Server Page (BSP) application along with the associated controller class.
  • Case Results View
Enter the technical name of your BSP application along with the associated controller class.
