CRM_CASE_LOGSYSELEMT - Define Logical System for Element Type

In this activity you can specify the logical systems for element types if you want to link objects to cases, which are stored in systems other than your SAP system.

1. Expand the hierarchy for the registry entity Application Registry.
2. Expand the hierarchy for the area S_AREA_CMG.
3. Expand the hierarchy for the service provider SCMG_SP_BOR.
4. Select the relevant element type and choose Change in the context menu (right mouse button).
5. On the tab page Connection Parameter Values, select the entry LOGICAL_SYSTEMand choose Change.
6. Enter the logical system and save.
