CRM_CASE_OLDCASENOTE - Integration of the Old Case Note Tab Page

This document describes how you can use the old case note tab page instead of the current case note tab page for the Case Management user interface in the People-Centric User Interface (PCUI).

The old case note tab page has individual case notes that appear as line entries with date information in an HTML window. The editor window for further notes appears above this HTML window.

To integrate the old case note tab page into the old or the new application floor plan:

1. In Implementation Guide (IMG) activity Tab Page Group Structure, choose one of the following tab page groups:

Old application floor plan	Tab page group CMG_MAIN
New application floor plan	Tab page group CMG_MAIN01

If there are no entries for these tab page groups, switch to change mode and choose Import S Table Entries.

1. Choose New Entries and make the following settings:

Sequence
Event	CMG_TAB_NOTE
Multi-Group	CMG_NOTES

1. In IMG activity Multi-Group Structure, choose multi-group CMG_NOTES.

If there are no entries for this multi-group, switch to change mode and choose Import S Table Entries. The following events should be assigned for the CMG_NOTES multi-group. If they are not, then add these events:

CMG_TAB_NOTE_CHANGE

CMG_TAB_NOTE_LIST

1. In IMG activity Define Application Layout, choose application CRMD_CASE.

Check to make sure that the following settings exist. If not, make the following settings:

Old Application Floor Plan	New Application Floor Plan
Version	0000	0001
Event	CMG_TAB_NOTE	CMG_TAB_NOTE
Position	Detail Area 1	Detail Area 1
Screen Element Type	MULT	MULT
Tab Page Group	CMG_MAIN	CMG_MAIN01
