CRM_CASE_PROCESS - Define Processes

In this Customizing activity you can define your own Case Management processes. Processes are used to group case types and as a filter for Business Add-Ins (see the section Business Add-Ins in this Customizing section).
Note:
If you create your own processes, you need to assign them to case types and make a series of complex adjustments to the standard Customizing settings. Furthermore, you cannot use the Business Add-Ins that use the process as a filter value. You should, therefore, avoid creating new processes and instead use the predefined process C_01.
You can assign processes to case types in the activity Define Case Types (Extended Customizing).
