CRM_CASE_WEBREQ_PCUX - Integration of Web Requests in Case Management

The following describes how you can activate the integration of the tab page Web Requestsin Application Case Management.

On the additional tab page Web Requests, you get a filtered selection of service orders created as Web Requests of a case. All Web requests assigned to the record of a case are listed in Detail area 1. In addition,the request data of the agent view for a selected Web request is called in Detail area 2. You have to switch to service process editing in order to maintain the request data.

Note:
Note that the Web requests of a case are also displayed on the tab page Processes together with the remaining service processes. The document flow of the relevant service process is displayed in detail area 2 instead of the request data.

For the integration of the Web Requests tab page in Application Case Management, you only need to include event CMG_TAB_ORDERS_WEBRQ in the tab page group CMG_MAIN which activates it. All remaining blueprint table entries are already set to default when delivered by SAP.

1. In activity Tab Page Group Structure choose tab page group CMG_MAIN.
2. Switch to change mode and import, if not already done, the SAP table entries of CMG_MAIN using the button Import S Table Entries.
3. Create a new entry using event CMG_TAB_ORDERS_WEBRQ.
4. Save your setting.
