CRM_CF_ENTLMENT_020 - Assign Entitlement Profile to Item Category

In this IMG activity, you assign an entitlement profile to an item category.
- You have maintained entitlement profiles in the activity Customer Relationship Management -> Transactions -> Settings for Complaints -> Integration -> Entitlements -> Define Entitlement Profile on Item Level.
- You have activated the system configuration for service parts management in the activity Customer Relationship Management -> Transactions -> Basic Settings -> Activate System Configuration for Service Parts Management.
To assign an entitlement profile to an item category, proceed as follows:
- Choose the required item category in the initial view of the IMG activity (view Definition of Item Categories).
- Go to the detail screen for the item category.
- In the Profiles section of the screen, maintain the Entitlement Profile field.
- Note that the Entitlement Profile field only appears if you have activated system configuration for service parts management (see the "Prerequisites" section).
- Save your entries.
