CRM_CF_ENTLMENT_030 - Define Entitlement Profile at Header Level

In this Implementation Guide (IMG) activity, you can process entitlement profiles at document header level. This type of profile controls how entitlements are checked in entitlement management at header level. Note that this function only affects entitlements for returns, not entitlements for deposit refunds.

You can then assign this profile to a transaction type in IMG activity Customer Relationship Management -> Transactions -> Basic Settings -> Define Transaction Types.

You have defined the necessary Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) in Customizing in the activities under Customer Relationship Management -> Transactions -> Settings for Complaints -> Integration -> Entitlements -> Business Add-Ins for Entitlements Integration.

1. When you create a new entitlements profile, you must first enter a name and a description for the profile. The description may be changed later on, if necessary.
2. Choose an available Business Add-In (BAdI) implementation, which was defined in activity Determine Returns Entitlements at Header Level, for the desired function.
