Here you create the framework and assign visible and hidden components to it.

The framework ID is the identifier of a framework, in other words, the set of hidden and visible components to execute in the Interaction Center (IC) WinClient Front Office.

An IC WinClient profile links together a framework ID, a set of components, and their profiles. It can be linked to an organizational unit or position in an organizational structure.

To create a framework:

  1. Enter a unique name in the Framework ID field.
  2. Enter a description of the framework. The description is language dependent.
  3. Enter a title in the Title number field.
  4. Choose a valid screen in the Framework screen field.
  5. Check the active box if the framework may be used now.

To assign visible components to the framework:

  1. Select the framework and then double-click on Visible components from the navigation area.
  2. Enter the position of a component and its component ID.

To configure the component container, if you have assigned it to the framework:

  1. Select the component container from the list of components you have assigned to the framework and then double-click on Component Container Maintenance from the navigation area.
  2. Enter the tab number or the position of the component.
  3. Choose an icon to be displayed on the tab.
  4. Choose the component ID of the component you want to access from the tab.
  5. Enter the text you want displayed on the tab label and quick info.

To assign hidden components to the framework:

  1. Select the framework and then double-click on Hidden components from the navigation area.
  2. Enter the sequence number of the component and its component ID.
