CRM_CIC_005 - Define Toolbars and GUI Status

In this IMG activity, you specify the GUI status (toolbar) that appears at the top of the Interaction Center (IC) WinClient interface. A GUI status contains the set of menu options and buttons that are available for the user. You can customize the GUI status by excluding function codes (buttons) from the set using IMG activity Deactivate Function Codes in Toolbars.

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Enter a name for your toolbar profile.
  3. Select the GUI status you want your toolbar to be based on (see list below).
  4. Save.
  5. If you want to customize the toolbar by excluding buttons, use IMG activity Deactivate Function Codes in Toolbars.
  6. Make the appropriate settings in your IC WinClient framework, IC WinClient profile and organizational management.
