CRM_CIC_009 - Define Configuration Profile for Transactions from HTML

With the help of HTML programming it is possible to call Action Box transactions from a custom-developed HTML page. In this step, you maintain an Action Box configuration that is to be used from an HTML screen in the Application Area.

Before you can maintain an Action Box configuration to be used in the Application Area you must first create an HTML configuration which has the Action Box configuration field filled.

To create an Action Box configuration that can be used from an HTML page:

1. Specify an Action Box configuration value that has already been specified in the details of an HTML configuration.
2. Choose Create and maintain the appropriate settings as described in Action Box configuration.
