In this activity, you can see the available logging/scripting actions and indicate which ones should be logged as standard.

Logging/Scripting activities identify the steps that agents take in the Interaction Center as they process an interaction. Some examples of logging/scripting activities include agent login, activity saved, and business partner confirmation.

SAP delivers a list of all available logging/scripting activities, which are listed in this IMG activity.

Use the Always Log checkbox to indicate that you always want a certain activity to be logged. This setting overrides any settings in the user's logging profiles, so this activity will always be logged.

Although it is possible to create additional activities, we do not recommend doing so, since it involves changing the code.
