In this IMG activity, you assign scripts to an interactive scripting profile. This profile lists the scripts that are to be available for agents to use in the interactive scripting component of the Interaction Center (IC) WinClient.

You have created script texts for use in interactive scripting. For more information, see the SAP Library documentation Customer Relationship Management (CRM) -> Interaction Center -> Interaction Center -> IC Administration and Reporting -> Scripting Administration -> Maintaining Script Texts.

  1. Create an interactive scripting profile.
    1. Choose New Entries.
    2. Enter a name, description, and language for the profile. If you want the interactive script data to be recorded in BW, enter an X in the History column.
    3. Save your data.
  2. Assign your scripts to an interactive scripting profile.
    1. Select the interactive script you created.
    2. Double-click the Profile Values folder.
    3. Choose New Entries.
    4. Type the number of your script in the Script field.
    5. To add more scripts to this profile, repeat step 2.
    6. Save your data.
  3. Maintain the interactive scripting profile you created in either an automatically created workspace (in Maintain Profile for Automatically Created Workspaces) or the action box (in Define Configuration Profile for Action Box).
  4. Add the interactive scripting component and profile to your IC WinClient profile in Maintain IC WinClient Profile.
