CRM_CIC_047 - Define E-Mail/Fax Addresses

In this IMG activity, you define which incoming and outgoing e-mail addresses and fax numbers can be used for the agent inbox. These addresses or numbers can be used for incoming interactions from customers, or outgoing interactions from agents. Personal addresses or numbers can also be entered so agents can receive correspondance at their personal address, independent of the contact center.

You later determine which agents can use the addresses and numbers configured in this activity by assigning the addresses and numbers to the editor profile.

E-Mail addresses and fax numbers are defined in the system.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter an e-mail address or fax number.
3. Enter a description.
4. Indicate whether the entry is a personal address or number.
5. Save.
