In this IMG activity you define rules or procedures for rescheduling calls. Calls can be rescheduled in the agent or the supervisor applications. You can determine error or warning messages that users receive if the call cannot be rescheduled.

The rescheduling component performs the following functions:

  • Determines if the call is allowed to be rescheduled
  • Reschedules the call if rescheduling is allowed.

In order to create the rescheduling component, you must already have:

  • Created a new class.
  • Assigned ABAP interface IF_CRM_CLM_RESCHEDULING to the class.
  • Implemented the methods.

  1. Create a call distribution component ID.
  2. Assign the corresponding class you created.
  3. Save.
  4. Assign the rescheduling component ID to the call list type.
