In this IMG activity, you use Post Processing Framework (PPF) technology to support business transaction synchronization. The PPF is used to determine which actions occur after call data changes. This activity uses the same logic as the business transaction action profiles and actions, but only has settings that are relevant to call list management.

The default action profile CL_TM_CLM_INTERACTION is preconfigured and is ready to use without any further customization. If you do not want to use actions, then do not maintain the business transaction synchronization activities.

NOTE:

Only the CL_TM_CLM_INTERACTION action profile is supported in call list management. If you need to make changes to the profile, or add additional action definitions, use this profile.
